What insurance do you accept?
Any and all. We are out-of-network with all insurance but we will be happy to file your dental insurance claims on your behalf at no cost to you. We are a Fee-for-Service practice. We do offer an in house RDS Dental Plan for those with no dental insurance.
Do you take “this” insurance?
Yes. We file with most ALL dental insurance companies, but we are a fee-for-service practice which means our patients receive the highest standard of care because we are focused on your treatment. We will be happy to file your dental insurance claims on your behalf, where in some cases the reimbursement goes directly back to you, the patient / insurance subscriber.
What happens once an insurance claim is filed?
We are happy to file insurance claims on our patients’ behalf at no additional charge. Even though you are paying the office directly, we will manage all the paperwork and forms needed for reimbursement for your plans' coverage at no extra charge.
How much will I pay on my first visit?
Depending on the care you need we will give you an estimate. Most dental insurances will pay their portion directly to the office for out-of-network providers. This results in the patient paying the portion not covered by insurance on the day of service. A select few will send the reimbursement to the patient in which case you would pay the full amount for the service on the day of service.
Why are you out of network?
We want to provide the quality of care you deserve. Insurance restricts what is covered and
how often you can have some services. It allows us to use the best materials and labs available so we can deliver to our high standards. We are removing the middleman who limits the care they will pay for.
This is all very confusing to me. Can you simplify things?
With our fee-for-service we treat insurance coverage as a coupon payment. Due to the limitations and restrictions we will help you understand what your benefits are as we understand them. We do not work for insurance companies. Our relationship is with the patient.
